Hi my name is Imogen and I am fundraising for a lifesaving competition in Wexford, Ireland on the 28th February 2026. This will help towards travel, accommodation and fees for 3 nights.

I am 12 years old and a swimmer for Leeds Lifesaving Club at John Smeaton. This is an amazing opportunity as I’ve been asked to go 2 years early and compete at juniors level (under 15’s).

I will be representing Leeds and Yorkshire and demonstrating my skills at lifesaving.

Swimming is my hobby and I absolutely love it. I swim 3/4 times a week at Leeds John Smeaton and John Charles and my passion is to become a lifeguard and save lives.

I will be doing a sponsored swim week commencing 9th February 2026:

I thought of this idea to keep in with the Leeds Community and Kevin Sinfields fundraising for the MND. Kevin is a true inspiration to anyone wanting to raise funds for a special charity/ event.
