Tim  Lamphiear..Uncle, Father, Brother, you name it has always had a great attitue, despite problems that no one hasn't really talked about..becuase he is a stubborn man; I even gave away his last name!  One who puts others before himself over and over again.  

It's time to put our wants vs. needs to help Tim take a day to share news at the doctor with his wife,  Pay bills for his own health issues, and simply feel a little more at ease.  

I would love to see this go further but a week of pay and some heavy bills paid is the goal.  This is just the least we can do for a fellow employee who brings himself every day to help you and his family out selflessly, everyday.
