PTM Small Business Relief Fund

PTM opened in 2013, a women and minority owned business where we service a diverse patient population in Milwaukee. My amazing and talented team work very hard to care for our patients, who we see as family. Unfortunately COVID-19 has had an impact in our community and on us as a small business. Our biggest challenge is being able to see and care for new and established patients due to the "safer at home" order. The Small Business Relief Fund is providing a one time matching $500 grant to small business that raise at least $500 dollars. With this grant my goal is to provide financial support for the next 6-12 months for business operations and employee resources as this pandemic has affected everyone mentally and financially.
