For those who don’t know Mercedes she is a young 27 year old woman who was diagnosed with very aggressive Stage 3 Triple Negative Breast Cancer. She has been fighting breast cancer since February of this year. She recently had surgery for her breast cancer in September and during her recovery she had a stroke and a seizure which led doctors to find a tumor on the front right side of her brain. She immediately had to undergo surgery to remove the tumor before it got worse. She is currently in a rehab facility to help her regain movement on her left side. Doctors have since discovered multiple nodules in her body. Mercedes next step is to get a biopsy so doctors can get a better insight on her condition. Mercedes has only ever known how to be strong. She endured a very rough childhood having to grow up as an adopted child, as well as becoming a teen mom and having to face many of life’s struggles, all which have made her the strong young woman she is today. Anyone who has crossed paths with Mercedes knows that she is a strong motivated mother who goes above and beyond for her 2 young boys. She has never been the type to ask anyone for help, but at this time under these circumstances we are making this go fund me page to help her pay her bills since she will be out of work for an unknown amount of time. It will help her keep focus on her long road to recovery with the comfort of knowing that her boys will be taken care of. Our friend is a big part of our lives and we know she's touched a lot of your lives as well. By the Grace of god, we hope to raise some money for our friend in need.
