Hi, my name is Kerry and I am fundraising for my little pup Maple.

Last December our beautiful pets .. a straight coat Red Cavoodle girl and a chocolate and white toy poodle boy had an unplanned litter. Both young, the boy only 10 months we were very naive and this was not planned at all. We are not breeders.

Mum had 9 gorgeous chocolate cavoodle puppies. Unfortunately she got very unwell with low calcium and ended up on a drip and we were advised to wean the puppies. It was learn as we go. We began the bottle feeding. swapping from formula to goat milk and back again .. they struggled to take the bottles. They slept beside my bed and some thrived better than others. Every day there was one not drinking. We used droppers, syringes, honey, liver water. Anything to keep these dear pups going.

After weeks of sleepless nights, round the clock care and much stress, they all pulled through. So then the quest began to find them the very best loving homes that we could. These were like our children, our grandbaby puppies. We advertised on Gumtree and sought only the best loving forever home families that aligned the most with our beliefs of what constituted great care and loving homes.

The pups are 6.5 months old now and after a niggling feeling that would not go away for months concerning one girl pup, I finally searched further only to find my worst nightmare. A manipulative, deceiving, lying breeder has acquired her. On her commercial Facebook page she had advertised her just 2 days after picking her up to be entered into her breeder program. We are beyond devastated and our hearts are broken.

This breeder sent messages matching my ethics and standards in order to build rapport .. lies! She sent a photo of her 1 dog that would be my dogs friend .. Lie! This dog we saw on her page had puppies one week later and was just one of her breeder dogs.

She even sat in my home and asked if breeders had contacted me to which I replied Yes! but no way would I EVER sell to a breeder! She took her anyway, encouraging me to give her to her early. She said she was buying raw food for her because thats how I raised her .. she does NOT raw feed in her breeding program. and the list goes on of her lies and deception. She even said she would take her away on holidays in her caravan. Well she did take 3 breeder dogs away according to her posts, but where was my little Maple, she did not go with them.

This fund raising is to fight to get little puppy Maple back into my care. There is supposedly a guardian family now and I have no problem leaving her with them if they are the loving family I would want for my pup. She will not disclose the guardians name or details, does not want to giver her back, and has now engaged a Solicitor.

We believe we have enough evidence to fight for Maple and give her the justice she deserves. We just dont have the money. The initial solicitor cost is over $800 just for advices before any letters or any trials.

We believe she aquired her through fraudulent misrepresentation and that makes her sale void and any contracts with a guardian also void.

Please help us fight for Maple. Maple does not have good breeding genetics. She is predisposed to large litters and the problems that come with that. 2 of her siblings have structural jaw issues and her dad has one descended testicle only. Despite the lies and deceit, this breeder has also not done any due diligence and did not adhere to the breeders code of ethics as far as passing on any genetic issues.

We want her back. She can't be bred. We want a loving forever home for her. We need to know that she is safe and out of the claws of this deceitful breeder.

Please help us .. all we need now is the money and we can start the legal proceedings for her safe return. Time is of the essence before she reaches breeding age.
