Some people think I’m mad… and maybe they’re right! From abseiling to now taking on Ben Nevis, this is my next challenge.
But this climb means so much more to me than just reaching the top.
I was recently re-diagnosed from Parkinson’s to PSP (Progressive Supranuclear Palsy), a rare condition that affects around 250 - 300 people across Ireland. It’s something very close to my heart, and I’m determined to do what I can to raise awareness and support for it.
On the 22nd of August, alongside some incredible friends and family, I’ll be climbing Ben Nevis to raise funds for PSP. This challenge is my way of turning something difficult into something positive and hopefully helping make a difference.
If you can, please donate whatever you’re able to. And if not, your words of encouragement and support mean just as much.
Thank you for being part of this journey with me.
