My name is Edward Tsui and I am the southern supervisor on the Oregon DHS contract. I have been on this contract for approximately 10 years and have had the privilege to meet and work with several of you.

On 2/8/2026, PSO Aaron Bottorff was traveling back from Bend, Oregon when he was involved in a traffic accident on Hwy. 97 near Madras. Unfortunately, PSO Bottorff was killed and is survived by his two sons.

PSO Bottorff is veteran of the U.S. Navy and was currently a combat medic for the Oregon National Guard. PSO Bottorff served on a DHS contract for several years and had an exemplary record of performance in his duties. We will miss PSO Bottorff's enthusiasm, sense of humor, and dedication for his family and friends.
