ER nurse needs a vehicle

Nathan Leonard is a emergency room nurse at Sanford Health in Sioux Falls.  He was involved in an accident on Friday morning, and his truck was totaled. He needs to replace his vehicle so that he has a reliable mode of transportation to get to and from work. Please help Nathan so that he can continue to help others.
