My dad was diagnosed with MSA (Multiple System Atrophy) in December of 2006.  This is a terminal disease.  There is NO CURE for this horrible disease.  Basically, the best way his doctor described it (it non medical terms) is that his cerebullum at the base of his brain is shrinking/deteriorating, causing him to lose all fine and gross motor skills - essentially, his central nervous system is shutting down.  It causes slurred speech, swallowing issues that ultimately lead to aspiration, urinary and bowel issues and an array of other health issues.  He is confined to a wheelchair and needs constant medical attention.  He is unable to hold his own utensils any longer, which means he has to be fed like a child.  Soon, he will have to have a feeding tube inserted.  In June, he was hospitalized for clots in the lungs, another symptom of this horrid disease.  We know time is starting to run out for him.

His one wish has been to go on either a Disney Cruise or on a trip to Disney World in Florida.  With this disease depleting any savings my parents had, it makes it impossible for them to do this.  He would need a full time nurse on this trip to help care for him.  Funds raised would help make this dream of his come true, and also help with all of the astronomic medical bills.

Please make this wish come true for him!!
