At 4 weeks Luke began having infitile spasms as well as focal seizures. Doctors were able to get them stopped for a little over a year. In September 2016 he started having them again. Unfortunately this time the seizures have increased greatly and the medications are not working. Luke is currently in the children's hospital in Rochester, NY. Luke's condition has not improved and he is on day 10 of being in the hospital. They will be starting the Ketogenisis diet on him which is very strict and complicated but has worked miracles for children with epilepsy that do not respond to medication.
