Orly King Parachutist Memorial

The loss of Orly King on March 23, 2015 has deeply affected the global skydiving community and beyond. 

-Pioneer of Skydiving, Freeflying & Canopy Flight

-World Champion

-Paraglider, Pilot, Videographer, Photographer

-A smile everyone looked forward to seeing boogie after boogie, event after event

-A Source of comfort to all that knew him.

Orly's recent act of courage far outweighs his more stereotypical daredevil endeavors such as flying through the air and climbing on planes:  In the past months he brought us along with him on his journey into the next world. 

Each Facebook update of his fostered a wave of love, support and inspiration among us.  He touched everyone he knew, even those in passing.

Dave Donnelly and I are organizing this project to raise funds for the cost of a 2 page color memorial in Parachutist Magazine.  The ad costs $2485 + GOFUNDME fees of approx $220.

Benjamin Forde has generously donated his graphic design skills.

We have reached out to the family for input and we welcome some high resolution photos of Orly.
