Six Deftones master tapes (dates 1997-2003)
DeftonesLive followers and other fellow Deftones fans,
We at DeftonesLive have managed to get in touch with a major concert taper in London, UK. We are currently in talks with the person to acquire master tapes of six different shows that Deftones played in the UK. This taper recorded the shows themselves.
We're asking for your financial push to acquire the tapes. We will take care of the digitisation, editing and public uploading ourselves. Would you please help us out?

Why would I pay for sets that are already on YouTube?
The examples you can see on YouTube were all (with the exception of Wembley 2003) transferred from lower generation VHS tapes: that means the quality of the footage took a major toll. Here, we have the opportunity to get the mint, original master quality footage of those sets. The original master footage of those shows (except Wembley 2003) has never circulated anywhere before. With the master tapes, we would upload the absolute best quality of the sets, in the highest framerate (INCLUDING Wembley 2003).
How do I know for sure the taper you're talking about is the actual taper of those shows?
The taper is a person we had been tracking down for years before we finally found them: they are a very influential taper in the United Kingdom, have a reputation behind them and are currently dealing with a lot more fan archives like DeftonesLive. We know for 100% they are the taper of those shows.
What if the deal with the taper doesn't go through?
