The PS770 PTA’s Spring 2026 Fundraiser is here!
From now until May 22, we are asking all PS770 community members to 1) donate to our general fund, and 2) broadcast this campaign to as many people and organizations as possible to solicit more donations.
What is the Spring Fundraiser Campaign?
The Spring Fundraiser Campaign is a month-long effort to raise money to replenish the PS770 PTA bank account so we can keep supporting our school community into next year. We’ve set up a GoFundMe fundraising page to collect donations and share information about PS770.
Why does the PTA need money?
PS770 PTA’s mission is simple: to support PS770’s children, families, teachers, staff, and other members of our school community. We pursue this mission in many ways, such as:
- Coordinating and subsidizing after-school programming, available to every child regardless of their financial resources.
- Supplementing the school’s budget for arts, music, and other enrichment activities.
- Supporting PS770 teacher initiatives via class grants, field trips, STEM Fair, Reading Day, Field Day, Rock-the-Block Party and more.
- Supporting our families in need.
- Hosting enrichment and community-building events throughout the school year, like art camp, multicultural dinner, dances, and 5th grade graduation.
The PS770 PTA is entirely volunteer-run and donation-funded. 100% of the money raised goes toward funding school community-based activities.
Our Goal
Our fundraising goal is $25,000. More would be even better. With that amount of money, we can continue our work into the 2026-27 school year.
