PS 5 Middle School Wrestling To Summer Camp!

Hi! My name is Penn Gottfried and I am the lucky coach of some amazing Middle School wrestlers at PS 5 Port Morris Community School in the Bronx, NY. In our first ever year of wrestling, we took 3rd at the City Championships with 1 champ and multiple finalists. Better yet, our wrestlers have learned the valuable lessons that wrestling has to offer and have even become mentors to their fellow Elementary School wrestlers. In order to get to the next level, our wrestlers need to get on the mat and learn from the best in an intense atmosphere. I am looking to set them up for success by sending them to a sleep away camp this Summer. The Army Wrestling camp that starts July 9th looks like the best option! However, this can be cost prohibitive with a hefty price tag of $650. I am asking each wrestler to raise $100 on their own, but the rest of the money can still be a dealbreaker. In this way, we are looking to raise around $4000 to send 6 of our wrestlers to the camp. We appreciate any and all donations, small or big. Your support is valued.
