I know many of us are looking for a way to make a positive change in our own community. I want to bring attention to our school’s Opportunity Grant program. I feel this is a way to directly and immediately make a difference. The program provides full tuition assistance and incidental costs to first-generation college-bound students in the lowest income brackets. This program depends on our community’s donations, and our entire community would benefit from expanding this program and bringing more diversity to this school. If you have anything to donate, even the smallest donation will make a positive impact. Please encourage your classmates and parents and help us bring more diversity to PRS.
