My name is Liliana Quintanar, and I am reaching out to you today with a heavy heart to ask for support for my son, Axel Espinoza, who was born on October 9th, 2025, and is currently fighting for his life in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

We were so excited to welcome our baby boy, but his arrival at 28 weeks early took us completely by surprise. The delivery was difficult, and he was rushed to the NICU shortly after birth.

Axel is a fighter, but he has a long road ahead. The medical team is doing everything they can to help him, and his stay is expected to last for several months. Meanwhile, we are also caring for our oldest son.

This unexpected turn of events has placed a significant emotional and financial strain on our family. While our insurance covers his medical bills, it does not cover the daily expenses associated with his care, which quickly add up—things like gas for daily trips to and from the hospital.

Any donation, no matter how small, will help lift this burden and allow us to focus on what matters most: being by Axel’s side as he fights to come home.
