We are deeply saddened by the loss of our very dear friend and colleague, Dr. Anthony Malacaman, who passed away on June 5, 2019. He was greatly admired by his family, friends, fellow Team Members, co-workers, and everyone else he was in contact with. Our hearts go out to his wife, Nelda, and his 2 girls, Alyssa 14 and Ashley 11.

Words cannot express the sadness that we all feel deep inside our hearts, as well, we cannot begin to imagine the pain that his family is going through. We will continue to pray that Dr. Malacaman’s family finds comfort in knowing that they are supported by many whom loved, respected and cherished their time with Dr. Malacaman.

We will forever treasure Dr. Malacaman in our hearts - from his love for his family, Disney, ring-tones on his phone, mobile laptop cart, his smile, his positive attitude and especially his caring and compassionate nature with all of the patients whose lives he touched.

We are establishing this Memorial Fund in Dr. Malacaman’s name, to help his family - Nelda, Alyssa and Ashley, during this extremely difficult time; to provide them the time and space to grieve, and find a way to heal. We will continue to honor his memory, and support his family, in any way we can.

All funds will go directly to Nelda and the girls, to help ease the burden of their future, as they transition through life, without their loved one. Please continue to pray for the Malacaman family, as their journey is just now beginning …

May Dr. Malacaman rest in Peace, to be with the Lord God our Father ...
