As an integral component of our overarching mission, the Heart and Health Educational Foundation Inc, a 501(c)(3) organization, has been actively engaged in reaching out to underserved communities on Long Island since 2019 through our full-service mobile medical unit. This outreach is accomplished by organizing free Health Fairs at diverse locations, including libraries, police stations, religious organizations, and shopping centers throughout Nassau and Suffolk County. Community Outreach - MOBILE MEDICAL UNIT

Heart and Health introduced its full-service mobile medical unit, developed to reach underserved communities of Long Island. The team at Heart and Health Medical organizes Free Health Fairs throughout Nassau and Suffolk County at Libraries, Police Stations, Religious Organizations, and Shopping Centers.
