Doing our bit for the front line service providers. All of our team will complete 5K within public health guidelines. We are passionate about managing our wellbeing and also about helping our community organisations. All proceeds going to The Irish Red Cross and to Suicide or Survive. 

Our team will each complete 5K, staying within the current travel public health guidelines and then they will donate 5 euro. You are welcome to join us in supporting these excellent organisations, who are delivering front line services. The Irish Red Cross have volunteers working throughout the country in the fight against the coronavirus. Suicide or Survive are working across the country delivering their services via webinars to help us all manage our mental health during this pandemic.
