On Monday 06/30, Jacob Seitz, age 29, unexpectedly left this world, hopefully finding the peace he had so desperately been seeking. Behind, he leaves two children, Jeremiah (9) and Juliet (3) whom he loved more than anything else. A go fund me page is setup to help provide support for the children during this very difficult time.
