Hi, I’m a 17-year-old junior from Georgia, USA, and the creator of Masala Memoirs—a website dedicated to celebrating the vibrant flavors and rich textures of Indian cuisine. My family has been experimenting with fusion recipes for generations, ever since my great-grandfather left Gujarat, India, in the 1970s. Through Masala Memoirs, I share these culinary stories, blending tradition with innovation.

Inspired by the deep-rooted generosity of Indian culture—especially when it comes to food—I’ve launched this fundraiser to support Gandhighar Kachholi School in Gujarat, India. This school provides a home and education for hearing and speech impaired orphans (up to age 18). Every dollar raised will go toward ensuring these students receive nutritious meals.
