Provide Hope for Musa's Family in Gaza

Shalom/Salaam friends,
Sadly, the ceasefire in the Middle East seems to be over, and the bombing of Gaza has returned after a few months of quiet.
My name is Steve Einstein, and like many of you, I have found the news from Israel and Gaza distressing for years, but especially since Oct. 7th, 2023. I am American by birth, but after living in Israel for about ten years, much of my heart is connected to that part of the world.
It has been difficult to see the pictures and videos of the massive destruction in Gaza and Lebanon, or to comprehend the pain of the families who are waiting for hostages to return, or prisoners to be released., The hunger and cold that so many are experiencing now, are unimaginable.
Trying to figure out how best to help is not simple, but if you would like to have a direct impact on one extended Palestinian family, this Go Fund Me effort may be for you. They have returned to the rubble of their home in Gaza City, and are simply trying to survive as they patch their lives back together.
The family is of my friend, who I will call Musa, who currently lives in the West Bank. (Identifying him by his actual name may put him at risk.) Musa has spent many years in efforts to build bridges between Palestinians and Israelis. His children have also participated in cross-cultural camps and workshops. Remarkably, in spite of it all, Musa remains committed to the vision of peaceful co-existence between Palestinians and Israelis. I want to support him in any way I can.
Sadly, Musa's family has seen many deaths and injuries in the most recent war, on top of the hardships of day-to-day living.
There are many worthy agencies attempting to bring relief to the people of Gaza. World Central Kitchen has been a favorite of mine. This Go Fund Me effort is meant to help Musa's family directly, with funds for flour, oil, rice, and fresh water, and to give them hope as they recover from the catastrophe of this miserable war.
I have been able to get funds to Musa's family through his son who is studying here in the States, and plan to continue using him as the direct contact into Gaza and this family in need.
If I can answer any of your questions about this effort, please feel free to contact me directly and I will do my best to answer you.
Thank you for considering a donation to Musa's family.
In the hope of true healing and peace in the days to come,
Steve Einstein
