I am taking on this challenge on Saturday 18th October.

My Nana was lucky enough to spend her final days in Dr.Kershaws, this is a wonderful hospice where care is individualised and from the moment my nana went into the hospice she was treated with the most unbelievable respect and dignity.

The team are so passionate and nothing was ever to much trouble. They supported us as a family and without this amazing place my Nana wouldn't of passed so peacefully.

My Nana meant the world to me, I am lucky to have so many cherished memories throughout my life with her and feel by doing this challenge in her memory is a fitting tribute as her 1 year anniversary approach's in November.
