Hi, my name is Arshaan Shah, and I’m a junior at Grace Church School in NYC. I’m passionate about spending time with friends, playing soccer and tennis, and tutoring first graders on the weekends.

On May 18th, I will be participating in a fundraising walk across Manhattan to raise $6,000 to provide safe, drinkable water to public schools in Tanzania. This is my first fundraising project, and I’m incredibly excited to support such an important cause.

Beyond the walk, I’m eager to step out of my comfort zone and explore new opportunities, including traveling to Tanzania this summer. There, I hope to assist in teaching at the very schools we are supporting—expanding my passion for education beyond my local community and into a global setting.
