Provide basketballs for Washington MS Boys

Hi, my name is Robert Brown III. I am the Head Coach for Washington Middle Schools Boys Basketball Team. These boys are in desperate need for size 29.5 basketballs as we only have 4 balls for the entire Varsity, JV & JVC teams (35 boys in total). These young men work hard to stay away from distractions that the world exposes them to each & everyday. They use basketball as a way to be productive and stay away from trouble. However, the school district simply won't fund them to have more basketballs to use with which really limits what we can do at practice.

It pains me to see the inequality with other schools that supply each student with a brand new basketballs. New basketballs are quite expensive usually ranging from $70-100. However, these young men work very hard and deserve equal access to equipment as boys in other areas of the city.
