I'm Heather, and I am collecting donations on behalf of my friend, Alaa, who is unable to escape the war in Gaza.

Alaa was 15 when she became the primary caregiver of her 3 siblings. She is now 16, sharing a tent with her siblings and her grandfather.

This fundraiser is for travel & customs costs once the border is reopened, as well as to cover the immediate needs of food and winter clothing.
