From Small-Town Canada to Team USA — A Dream Fueled by DETERMINATION.

My name is Andrew, and I’m living proof that with heart, hustle, and unwavering belief, anything is possible!

I grew up in a small Canadian town with BIG dreams. At 23, I earned my U.S. citizenship and moved down to Florida where I stumbled my way into the paddling world — a proud, life-changing moment I've come to find out. Just two years later, I achieved what once felt impossible: I made Team USA.

Now, at 27, I’ve proudly represented the United States on the world stage for the past two years. This July, I’ve been selected once again to paddle for Team USA at the IDBF Dragon Boat World Championships in Germany — competing against the best, wearing the stars and stripes, and representing the greatest country on the planet.

But there’s a catch, competing at this level is entirely self-funded. Every flight, every hotel, every jersey comes out of our pocket. No sponsorships. No stipends. Just grit, passion, and the support of people like you who believe in the power of perseverance and purpose.

This journey isn’t just mine — it’s ours. I’m asking for your help to get me to Germany and back, so I can once again give everything I have for my team, my country, and the sport I love.
