Recent floods in Sumatra have devastated communities, destroying homes and infrastructure and tragically claiming many lives. Survivors are now living in temporary shelters with limited access to basic necessities. We are PPIA Victoria (Perhimpunan Pelajar Indonesia Australia di Victoria), the Indonesian Student Association in Victoria, Australia. Through this initiative, we are raising funds to support victims of the recent floods in Sumatra and to stand in solidarity with affected communities during this difficult time.

While food, water, and shelter are often prioritized in emergency responses, feminine hygiene is one essential need that is frequently overlooked. For women and girls living in evacuation centers, the lack of access to sanitary products can lead to serious health risks and discomfort. All funds raised through this campaign will be fully allocated to purchasing feminine hygiene supplies, such as sanitary pads, which will be distributed directly to flood survivors in Sumatra. Every contribution helps us deliver care, protection, and dignity where it is urgently needed
