My name is Tara and im a proud grandmother doing everything I can to protect my grandson Max.

I received my grandson straight from the hospital after dcfs informed of his birth and that my schizophrenic daughter was using street drugs while pregnant, dcfs has completely failed in his protection and I have nothing on paper that im even allowed to have physical custody of him, I've filed for guardianship though that hearing isn't until February 20th.

Pediatrics won't let me bring him again in until I have paper proving I have the right.

His birth certificate and social security number hasn't come in yet so I cant apply for insurance or benefits for him, its been quite the roller-coaster of an experience mentally.

Next step trying to afford a lawyer so he isn't just released on the streets with his mother.

She will sell or leave him for her favorite drug.
