Over the past few months, I’ve been navigating immense challenges. Most recently, I’ve had to face the heartbreaking loss of my dog Porgy, who fought a fierce battle with kidney disease. In the wake of his loss, I've accumulated $8K in veterinary bills and related debt, all while dealing with an ongoing crisis. My landlord is trying to illegally evict me from my apartment in NYC.

On July 5th, she entered my home without consent, bringing six people with her and staying for over five hours. Now, she’s escalating, trying to force her way in again and threatening to change the locks. This is an illegal eviction, and I’m fighting to stay housed while dealing with mounting financial and emotional burdens.

This is about me, but not just me; it's how trans, disabled, and low-income renters are being pushed out of their homes in NYC every day. I’m building a legal case, but I urgently need support to stay safe, housed, and to cover my vet bills during this incredibly difficult moment.
