До 20 серпня вирішується подальша доля захисту десятків тисяч українців у Сполучених Штатах.

Сьогодні тисячі українських родин знову живуть у невизначеності щодо свого статусу, права працювати та можливості залишатися в безпеці у США. За отриманою нами інформацією, остаточне рішення щодо подальшої долі TPS для України ще не ухвалено.

Саме тому ми запускаємо термінову масштабну інформаційну кампанію. Зібрані кошти будуть негайно спрямовані на адресну рекламу в ключових конгресових округах, зокрема там, де представники мають важливі наглядові повноваження щодо DHS та USCIS.

Мета кампанії - розповісти американцям про українців, які працюють, сплачують податки, створюють бізнеси та стали частиною місцевих громад, і закликати їх звернутися до своїх представників у Конгресі з проханням підтримати продовження захисту для українців.

До 20 серпня ми хочемо зробити все можливе, щоб голос нашої громади був почутий.

Якщо TPS буде продовжено, невикористані кошти підуть на наступний етап нашої роботи - просування Ukrainian Adjustment Act та розширення його дії, щоб постійне законодавче рішення могло охопити також українців на TPS, які не прибули до США через гуманітарний пароль.

Якщо DHS ухвалить інше рішення, ми будемо змушені негайно посилити роботу з Конгресом і боротися за законодавчий захист для людей, які можуть опинитися перед втратою статусу.

Ця кампанія не гарантує результату. Але вона дає нам можливість діяти саме тоді, коли це може мати найбільше значення.

Help Protect TPS for Ukrainians in the United States

The future of Temporary Protected Status for tens of thousands of Ukrainians in the United States is approaching a critical decision point.

Thousands of Ukrainian families are once again facing uncertainty over their legal status, work authorization, and ability to remain safely in the United States. Based on information we have received, a final decision on the future of TPS for Ukraine has not yet been made.

That is why we are launching an urgent, large-scale public awareness campaign ahead of the August 20 statutory deadline.

Funds raised will be deployed immediately toward targeted advertising in key congressional districts, including those represented by Members of Congress with important oversight responsibilities involving DHS and USCIS.

Our goal is simple: reach the American public, explain what is at stake for Ukrainians who are working, paying taxes, building businesses, raising families, and contributing to communities across the country, and encourage constituents to contact their Members of Congress and ask them to support continued protection for Ukrainians.

Before August 20, we want to do everything we can to ensure that the voices of Ukrainians and their American neighbors are heard.

If TPS is extended, any remaining funds will support the next stage of our work: advancing the Ukrainian Adjustment Act and advocating to broaden its coverage so that a permanent legislative solution can also reach Ukrainians on TPS who did not enter the United States through humanitarian parole.

If DHS takes a different course, we will immediately intensify our work with Congress and pursue an urgent legislative solution for Ukrainians who may face the loss of protection.

This campaign cannot guarantee the outcome. But it gives us an opportunity to act at the moment when advocacy may matter most.
