We are raising funds to pay for our legal counsel as we continue to oppose the Fermi AI data center's air permits issued by the TCEQ. The mission of Panhandle Taxpayers for Transparency (PT4T) is as follows:

Panhandle Taxpayers for Transparency is organized and operated for the charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The organization promotes transparency, accountability, lawful governance, and stewardship of natural resources affecting communities in the Texas Panhandle by conducting public education, research, analysis, and nonpartisan advocacy related to open government laws, ethical public administration, the protection of the public interest, and quality of life in the Texas Panhandle. The organization may engage in litigation or other legal actions in furtherance of its charitable purposes, including actions to enforce open government and transparency laws, consistent with applicable federal and state law.
