Protect our stray cats from loose dogs

More than three years ago, a pregnant feral calico decided to trust me, and I've spent every moment of these three years doing everything I can to keep these kitties happy and healthy.

Of course, I have a long story to tell with them, but I'd honestly feel bad giving the details here because I don't want to ruin other people's lives. To put it as simply as I can, the cats used to be strictly indoors and only outdoors when supervised, but they were kicked out with no option to ever bring them back inside. I've spent every day protecting them from the ridiculous number of loose dogs in this area, making sure none of the kitties ever went hungry, and ensuring they always had shelter to hide in through cold, rain, or shine, even going as far as to ignore my own difficult life situation solely for their happiness.

Now, after a major injury caused by a loose dog that left one cat crippled for life, I need to do something. So, I plan on building a large-scale catio in my backyard. It's the only way I can think to keep them safe while still being able to be with them. These cats are the only thing making my life worth it.

Please help me save my cats from the constant loose dogs risking their safety!
