We are the neighbors of 4500 NW Powers Ave, a rural neighborhood made up of two-acre properties surrounded by deer, eagles, hawks, and other wildlife. For decades, we have cherished this peaceful area as the perfect place to raise our families, walk our dogs, and enjoy the tranquility of nature. Our community has worked hard to preserve the ecological balance and the unique character of our neighborhood.

Recently, the Northside Community church purchased land in our neighborhood and announced plans to build a massive multi-use facility. This development threatens to irreparably alter the character of our rural residential area, push our existing infrastructure beyond its limits, and cause significant environmental damage. The increased traffic, noise, and light pollution would not only disrupt our lives but also endanger the wildlife that makes our neighborhood so special.

We are coming together to raise funds for attorney fees and legal support to oppose this construction and protect our community.
