Protect Our Fraternity's Future at NIU

We the fraters of Tau Kappa Epsilon are in DIRE need of assistance. We are on the absolute verge of losing our fraternity. Not kicked off campus and not going unrecognized, but having to dissolve due to an ongoing lawsuit. If the fraternity were to dissolve, the fraternity would not see the light for 7-10 years at NIU. We need your help!

We have found a lawyer to take on this case but they need a good faith down payment in order to proceed, given that the case is on April 10th, we need it ASAP.

The 5,000 dollars would all 100% go to the lawyer and his hourly wage. This will get us an extension on our case and get us into a much better position in order to get it settled. We are on the verge of the case going to default so we would like to get them hired ASAP.
