Protect Our Family’s Home and Patriarch’s Assets

Jim Tison passed away on May 23, 2023, joining his loving wife in Heaven.

Jim had a compassionate heart; this led to him being a giving person - helping those he felt were in need.

His children have been tasked with handling his estate and affairs but will potentially have to face the eviction process of the folks living in the basement of their family home without contributing financially to the home or having any relation to the family. This will undoubtedly be an immediate financial burden to his children who were not expecting this loss. His safe was empty upon his death and we are pursuing legal actions to ensure that his remaining assets are protected.

His family is seeking support to help with this process and his services prior to any sort of estate payout to help offset costs. In the event that any funds are recovered, any remaining contributions will be split between donations to a veteran’s fund and an education fund for his grandchildren, two things he was very passionate about.
