Our Hockinson community in rural Clark County is facing the threat of a 165ft cell phone tower being installed right next to our homes. T-mobile, the company behind the proposal, has other viable options for the tower’s location, but is prioritizing convenience over the well-being of our neighborhood. As residents who moved here to enjoy the peace, nature, and beauty of this area, we are deeply concerned about the impact this tower could have on our health, our property values, and the character of our community.
The entire HOA and families in the neighborhood are united in opposition to this project. We believe that our voices deserve to be heard, and we are prepared to appeal any county approval in court if it comes to that. Legal representation is essential to ensure our concerns are taken seriously and that we have a fair chance to protect our health and home values. The funds raised will be used to hire an attorney to represent us and support our efforts to keep our community safe and beautiful. Any unused funds will be returned to contributors on a pro-rata basis.
We don’t want a 165ft tower right next to our beautiful homes and community. We moved to rural Clark County to enjoy the nature and beautiful surroundings. A tower so close to our homes could have unknown health impacts and severely affect the value of our homes. Let’s work together to stand united against any effort to build a tower next to our homes. Thank you for contributing generously for a better future for yourself and your neighbors.
