Please can you help protect our Badger Setts.
In 2021, over 6000 badgers were snared and destroyed.
This week alone, we have heard multiple stories of
‘trespass n snare’.
We have lost Badgers.
Three of our cameras were also stolen from private property. The authorities have been notified.
October is ‘survey n snare’ month and our Badgers are losing again.
Even the Department admit that ‘activity is down’
We need to support landowners who Stand with Badgers.
Technology is the gamechanger that our Badgers badly need.
Modern cameras can be viewed remotely and human shape detection technology will immediately alert the landowner to an intruder.
As things stand,
Badgers are protected in name,
persecuted in reality.
