Nova is more than my partner on the job; she is family. Every shift, she walks beside me into uncertain situations, putting herself between danger and the people we serve. As a police K9, she senses threats I cannot, saves lives, and brings comfort to our community. I want to give her the protection she deserves so she can keep coming home after every deployment.

Ballistic vests for K9s are specialized and costly, but they are one of the most important pieces of gear a working dog can have. Spike’s K9 Fund makes it possible for teams like ours to get that protection and critical medical care when it is needed. With their support, dogs receive the equipment and treatment that keep them safe on duty and healthy in retirement.

Giving Nova a vest is a simple act with a powerful impact. It means she can do the job she loves with reduced risk. It means I can focus on protecting our community without the constant fear of losing my best friend. Your support helps ensure Nova and other K9s have the tools and care they need to serve safely and long into their lives.

Please donate to Spike’s K9 Fund today to help provide Nova and working dogs everywhere with life-saving gear and support. Your gift will help keep a loyal partner safe and make a direct difference every shift.
