For so many of us, our local kava bar isn’t just a place to grab a drink — it’s a place to unwind, connect, and be part of a community. Right now, that’s at risk. In Yellowstone County, regulatory actions are putting real pressure on kava bars that responsibly serve natural kratom leaf products. These are the same spaces where friendships are built, conversations happen, and people come to relax — without alcohol, without chaos, just community. If nothing changes, these places could go away. 

 That’s why the Montana Kava & Kratom Association was formed. We’ve already hired a professional lobbyist and are actively working to create fair, science-based legislation for Montana. But this takes resources — and we can’t do it alone. Your donation helps protect these spaces, support the people who run them, and ensure that responsible businesses and their communities aren’t lost to unclear or unfair regulation. This isn’t just about policy. It’s about preserving something that matters.
