My name is Stephanie Via and I am the proud owner of Hatchet Jack's Sport Shop. We are a local bait and tackle shop located in North Little Rock, Arkansas. For 39 years, Hatchet Jack's has been more than a business; it has been the cornerstone of the North Little Rock community. It has been a gathering place for all outdoor enthusiasts from all over the United States and even the nation, and it is also a living tribute to Randy Witkowski's (aka Hatchet Jack) legacy. Now, due to an unexpected and heartbreaking blow, we have received a vacate notice from our landlord, and we are facing the very real possibility of losing everything that we have built.

We are fighting to stay, but the eviction notice demands that we leave our current location at 5827 Crystal Hill Rd ASAP. In response, I have hired legal counsel to explore all avenues to remain open and to contest the eviction notice while continuing to serve this community. I have also searched for property to relocate Hatchet Jack's, including the proposal to purchase the location that we have been in for 39 years. Unfortunately, the costs of legal representation and property negotiations are quickly mounting, and we need your help.
