Protect Chloe’s Giant Cookies

If you’ve been part of my journey, you know that Chloe’s Giant Cookies is more than just a bakery. It is my heart. It is my story. It is everything I’ve built from the ground up with you by my side.

Many of you first found me on TikTok, where my amazing community, my “Cookie Monsters,” supported me long before I ever imagined owning a bakery. You watched me dream out loud. You watched me test recipes. You cheered me on when this was just an idea in my kitchen.

You also stood beside me during the hardest chapter of my life.

You watched me lose my mom, Jenny Wren, to brain cancer. You watched me step up to help raise my little sister, who is now 11 years old. In the middle of grief, responsibility, and uncertainty, I kept baking. I kept building. I kept believing because you believed in me.

Chloe’s Giant Cookies was born from resilience, sacrifice, and community. Every giant cookie represents late nights, tears, determination, and the unwavering support of people who refused to let me give up.

Today, I am facing a new challenge.

An individual has threatened trademark litigation over the name Chloe’s Giant Cookies. While a lawsuit has not yet been filed, the threat alone requires immediate legal action and preparation. Trademark litigation is incredibly expensive and can be devastating to small businesses like mine, even when you have worked tirelessly and honestly to build your brand.

I do not want to lose the name I built.

I do not want to lose what we created together.

And I will not give up without fighting for it.

Our initial goal is $25,000 to cover legal consultations, filings, and preparation in case a lawsuit is formally filed. If the suit does move forward, we may need to increase our goal to continue defending the business.

This is not just about a name.

It is about protecting years of sacrifice.

It is about protecting my family’s stability.

It is about protecting a dream that so many of you helped make real.
