STOP the silence of abused children in Family Court

Be a part of a project to improve the way the voices of children are heard in family law and drive the voices of survivors of abuse to ensure they are safe from perpetrators - making safety central when making custody and contact decisions.

In adversarial court systems the strongest voices are those spoken by Senior Councils (SC’s) and highly experienced litigators.

Help us raise those voices for parents who do not have the means.

On May 6th the voices for children safety and wellbeing became a focus of legislation. Previously legal systems minimised survivor voices and right to safety. Now through legislation there is an opportunity to consolidate safety through case law precedent.

We need your financial support to achieve this consolidation with the support of caring members of the legal profession. In particular our focus is on vulnerable survivors and their children.
