Help Conquer Ranch Protect Animals & Grow Our Mission
Conquer Ranch was built around a simple mission: save people, save animals, protect the land, and create a place where people can reconnect with nature and find purpose.
Today, we care for more than 300 species, from animals that have been rescued from difficult situations to animals that simply needed somewhere safe to call home. Our biggest priority right now is making sure every animal here has the food, medical care, housing, enrichment, and attention they deserve.
One of the animals who reminds us why we do this is Elvis, our donkey.
Elvis was used in donkey basketball, where animals are ridden as part of entertainment. He was later placed on a farm where he was being bred, and eventually they no longer wanted him because they didn’t want him reproducing. When Elvis came to us, he was scared of people and didn’t trust humans. He had to learn that people could be kind to him.
We recently took in two Chinese geese whose owner had raised them from tiny babies. She originally rescued them from a hurricane and cared for them as part of her family. When she could no longer keep them, she reached out to us. We were honored to give them a safe, permanent home where they can thrive and continue living the life they deserve.
And Elvis isn’t the only one.
Petey, our Moluccan cockatoo, came from a bad home too. These animals have all had people fail them in one way or another, and we believe that doesn’t mean they should have to pay the price for it.
We want to be their voice. We want to protect them. We want to give them the life they deserve.
But our mission doesn’t stop with the animals.
We want Conquer Ranch to become a place that protects the land, teaches people about animals and nature, creates opportunities to reconnect with the natural world, and continues growing into something that can make a lasting difference.
We also want to build a private area dedicated to honoring and supporting veterans who are struggling with suicide, giving them a place to step away from the noise, reconnect with nature, and know that they are not forgotten.
Building What Comes Next
As we grow, so do the needs of the ranch. Our long-term plans include:
Annual animal feed — $60,000
☀️ Solar grid — $22,000
New nursery building — $40,000
New kitchen — $36,000
Apartments for those living and working here — $80,000
Together, these projects represent approximately $238,000 in long-term needs.
But we’re not asking you to fund all of that at once.
Our first goal is $40,000.
This first goal will help us begin putting these plans into motion while continuing to provide for the animals who depend on us every single day.
Every donation helps us move one step closer to a ranch that can care for more animals, become more self-sufficient, protect and grow the land, and create a place where both people and animals have a second chance.
This isn’t just about building buildings. It’s about building something that lasts.
If you believe in what we’re creating, please consider donating or sharing our story.
You’re not just helping an animal.
You’re helping us build a place that exists to save, protect, reconnect, and give back.
