After travelling to Cambodia and Laos and learning first hand of the 80 MILLION unexploded bombs in Laos and 5 Million mines in Cambodia and a great need for prosthetics, and learning that the runway in Vang Vieng was the USA bomber base in the Vietnam war where the bombers carpet bombed Laos courtesy of Richard Nixon, 37th President of the USA.
As I write, I have collected and donated $8,000 to various charities, the major beneficiaries being COPELaos $3,000 and APOPO.org $2,750.  Maginternational are now high on my agenda for cleaning up bombs in Laos.  I also want to see 3D Printing of colourful prosthetics for children in the COPELaos prosthetics centre.
