Prosthetic legs for my 18 yr old son Nicolas

We would appreciate any and all help towards the purchase of prosthetic legs for our son. Nicolas was extremely physically active including wrestling, snowboarding, trail riding, and BMX. He has a love for the road and modifying cars and motorcycles. He is now an above knee double amputee due to a tragic motorcycle accident. His left femur and left arm are also broke which makes it extremely difficult for him to move around without assistance and pain. His broken bones will not be able to bare weight for at least 6-8 weeks. So he has only one arm and half a leg to assist him in any movement. As you can imagine this is an extreme life change for him and has a long recovery journey ahead of him after several more surgeries. His family and friends are focused on his recovery from the near death motorcycle accident he was involved in but the financial burden will be tremendous. Nicolas has been discharged from the hospital and is in good spirits. His faith is strong and so is his determination to walk again.Thank you for your prayers, love and support. Much gratitude to Garden City police who were first on the scene and put tourniquets on Nicolas’s legs which helped save his life.
