Prostate Cancer 2 years on

Hello and thank you for visiting my fundraising page,
My journey with this challenge began three years ago when I embarked on a gruelling 5-day cycling adventure that culminated in arriving in Paris just before the Tour de France. The joy of reaching Paris, however, was followed by unexpected news. Two months later, I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Prostate Cancer after experiencing overwhelming tiredness. In April 2023, I underwent surgery to remove my prostate and I am grateful to share that I have been discharged from the hospital as the cancer has been successfully removed. Despite this, I continue to have regular check-ups.
Fast forward two years from my diagnosis to today, I am finally starting to feel like my old self again. I am honoured to participate in my first London to Paris cycle ride in three years. I never thought this opportunity would come again, so I am incredibly thankful to the NHS, the Masonic Charitable Foundation (MCF), and Prostate Cancer UK for their support during my journey.
The ride starts in London on July 23rd arriving in Paris on the 26th July 2025
By taking part in this cycle ride, my goal is to raise awareness and vital funds for Prostate Cancer UK. This incredible charity provides crucial support for those affected by the most common cancer among men in the UK. I am determined to make a difference and give back to an organization that has helped countless individuals like myself.
I invite you to join me in supporting Prostate Cancer UK by donating to my fundraising efforts. Your contribution, big or small, will make a meaningful impact in the lives of those affected by prostate cancer. Together, we can raise awareness, support research, and provide much-needed assistance to those in need.
More information about Prostate Cancer UK: Prostate Cancer UK is here to stop prostate cancer being a killer. One man dies from prostate cancer every in the hour in the UK and deaths from prostate cancer are set to soar over the next decade. By finding better tests, better treatments, better prevention and better support we aim to dramatically reduce the number of men dying from prostate cancer.
Thank you for considering supporting this important cause. Your generosity and support mean the world to me and those fighting against prostate cancer.
Warm regards,
