My name is Fedi. I’m a graduate computer science student at Grand Valley State
University.
In the last year, I built three startups from scratch while studying full time.
Live systems. Real users.
I didn’t come to the United States just to earn a degree. I came to build at a level I couldn’t reach anywhere else.
I co-founded Prospecter, a B2B automation platform that earned $25,000 in Microsoft Azure credits.
I built Hackini, an ecosystem that supports hackathons and startup programs.
I founded Wayloom, a digital cognitive assessment platform accepted into the NSF I-Corps program through the University of Michigan.
Every step was self-funded. Infrastructure. Travel. Legal. Operations.
When opportunities came up , like Web Summit Qatar. I went. I paid. I showed up. I reinvested everything back into the work.
Now I’m at a turning point.
As an international graduate, I must apply for OPT to legally continue building in the United States. During this transition, revenue is still growing, company registration must be finalized, and I need stability while everything processes.
This fundraiser isn’t about starting something. It’s about preserving momentum.
I have already proven I can build under pressure. I have already proven I can execute without safety nets.
What I need now is a short bridge, a few months of stability, so I can continue building without being forced to pause because of paperwork and timing.
Your support will go toward:
• Completing company registration
• Covering compliance and infrastructure costs •
Clearing short-term operational debt
• Maintaining living stability during OPT processing I’m not asking for rescue.
I’m asking for runway.
If you support this, you’re backing someone who has already done the hard part, building from nothing , and is determined to keep going.
Even sharing this page helps more than you know.
Thank you.
