Hi I am a single mum working three jobs to get Semi detached house. Me and my only son lived in the house 21 years. Property Developer built on my house. HILLINGDON COUNCIL gave retrospective planning permission. He cut our roof. Three land surveyor stated encroachment, he still refuse to take down, abuse. Took to court and bill is over £25000 for my solicitor need to pay solicitor. Then HILLINGDON council is giving planning permission for his Garden House to house people. Then he is also challenging my title and deeds that he owns my land .Help my mum we don't want to be homeless for Christmas
