Arthur "art" Hicks passed away Nov 1 after a battle with cancer.   His liver cancer was service related from hep c from the war vaccines.  Art was a Vietnam vet and was on the last helicopter that flew out of Saigon when the wall fell. He protected the ambassador for a safe trip out. Art was the gunner on the final helicopter. 
he took a quick turn for the worse late last week.  his family are finding no resources from the VA to help with the funeral process.   all his family wants is a proper farewell, but the funeral homes want money upfront and they just don't have it, therefore his body is waiting to be peacefuly delt with....
if anyone could please help my family out (I am the niece) it would mean a lot to them
